By using ayonecosystem.com or the AYON Wind mobile app, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
What AYON is
AYON Ecosystem operates the website and AYON Wind app. AYON Wind is a decision-support tool for kitesurfing. It is not a weather service, not a navigation system, and not a rescue service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us at contact@withayon.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Acceptable use
- Use AYON for lawful, personal, kitesurfing-related purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, scrape at scale, disrupt service, or misuse features (including live-sharing links).
- Do not submit false, harmful, or illegal content — including intentionally wrong safety notes.
Subscriptions and payments
AYON Wind offers a free tier and paid Pro features. Paid subscriptions are handled by the App Store (iOS) or, on web, by Stripe on our behalf. Refunds follow those providers' policies plus your local consumer-protection rights.
Lifetime and promotional grants are provided at AYON's discretion and may be revoked in cases of fraud or abuse.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is'. See our Safety Disclaimer for the full statement — critically: AYON does not guarantee wind, tide, safety, or any ride outcome, and the rider is responsible for their own decisions on the water.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYON Ecosystem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Intellectual property
The AYON name, brand, app design, and original content are the intellectual property of AYON Ecosystem. Route data, spot pages, and editorial content on this site may be quoted with attribution and a link back; systematic republication requires written permission.
Termination
You may stop using AYON at any time and delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms.
